Relay Registration

Categories and Instruction:

  • School Open - Must include one student and one female - They may be one and the same.
  • Club / Corporate Open - Must include one female.
  • Masters Mix Open - Must include one female and have an average of 45 years old.
  • Open - Any gender 12 years old and over.
NOTE: All teams MUST include four participants. Teams with less than four participants will not be registered.
If you are not able to create your own team, please contact us and we will make every effort to match you with others who are looking to form a team.         

FEE Rates and Deadlines:
  • $160.00 - Entry, Online and Hard Copy - Monday 3rd April until Friday 12th May
  • $170.00 - Late Entry, Online ONLY - Saturday 13th May until 6:00 p.m. Friday 19th May
  • $200.00 - Final Entry, at Number Pick-up ONLY - Saturday 20th May
NOTE: Entry fees DO NOT include the cost of the ferry.
            Entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE.

Race Entry Option, HARDCOPY:

Registration forms may be printed from the attachment below or collected from Sportseller, Washington Mall lower level. Please return your hard copy entry form to Sportseller with EXACT FEE as change will not be given. NOTE: Sportseller will NOT be responsible to provide change for registration payment.

NUMBER Pick-up:

Number pick-up will be held on Saturday 20th May at Appleby, Church Street, Hamilton from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Please make every effort to have your number collected as numbers will NOT be distributed on race day.

Goodie Bags and T-shirts available for the first 120 relay teams who
collect their race numbers at Number pick-up.
